Initial designs use white lights. Color preferences, coverage and the amount of mini lighting are yours to discuss before you approve.

Start with your home. We prepare three complimentary visual options and complete package quotes. Discuss colors, roof coverage and the mini-light density you love.

Approve & reserve.
Refine your design, confirm the scope and reserve with a 10% deposit credited toward your total. Your quote sets out the payment amounts and dates.

Enjoy the season.
We install and test your display, with covered seasonal service under your approved terms. If something needs attention, contact the Graham’s team.

Close the season neatly.
January removal is included. We return your labeled lights and installation map, or arrange separately priced storage. Future seasons receive a new quote.

After installation
10% at approval. The remaining 90% after installation.
Across the season

Monthly through January
Payments from installation through January. Your deposit is credited against the first installment; later installments are equal apart from rounding.

Are the lights rented or purchased?
Your system belongs to you after full payment. The first-season quote includes the lights and the seasonal services listed in your approved scope.
What is included in the first season?
Design, lights, professional installation, testing, covered seasonal service and January removal. Your quote identifies the areas being lit and the applicable terms.
Can I choose a different color or change the design?
Initial options use white lights. Discuss your preferences with us and we can revise the design and quote before approval.
Do you wrap trees and shrubs?
Yes. Selected trees and shrubs are included as quoted, with optional mini-light density in every roofline package. Choose lighter accents or fuller coverage to suit your display.
When do you take the lights down?
Removal is planned for January. The agreed removal window is confirmed with your seasonal service.
Do you store the lights?
We return your labeled system and installation map unless you choose separately priced storage.
What happens next year?
Future-season installation, service, removal and any replacements or design changes receive a new quote. Owning the lights does not make future labor or replacement materials free.
What is the deposit?
A 10% deposit is collected at approval and credited toward your total. Your approved quote lists the payment dates and amounts.
Can you decorate wreaths, columns or commercial frontage?
Specialty elements and unusual access are individually quoted where offered. They are not automatically included in the standard roofline packages.
What if there is an issue during the season?
Contact the Graham’s team so we can review the concern and arrange the appropriate next step under your covered-service terms.
Can I choose fuller tree and shrub lighting with Signature?
Yes. Choose lighter accents or fuller mini-light coverage with any roofline package, including Signature. Tree and shrub lighting is included as quoted; your personalized design and quote confirm the plants and density you choose.
Can I see a design before booking?
Yes. We prepare three visual package options using your property so you can compare the looks and discuss changes before approving the design and quote.
How are Signature and Architectural different?
Both cover the full front roof edge, including small front roof peaks. Architectural adds the street-facing roof ridges and hips. Tree and shrub lighting is included as quoted, with optional density in either package.
What does Estate add?
Estate extends roof coverage to the full wraparound perimeter and all ridges and hips, including the sides and back of your home. Some side or rear coverage may not be visible in a front-view example.
